FG Appoints Ciroma’s Wife, Six Others As CEOs Of Parastatals

President Goodluck Jonathan has approved the appointment of the chief executive officers of seven parastatals and they are to resumed with immediate effect.

In a statement by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, listed the names of the seven parastatals and the new chief executive officers.

Former Minister of Women Affairs and former Woman Leader in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hajiya Inna Maryamm Ciroma, is the new Managing Director of National Inland Waterways Authority.

Mrs. Sally Mbanefo is the new Executive Director of the National Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC), she takes over from Otunba Segun Runsewe.

The new Director- General of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency is Bature Masadi.

Mrs. Dukpe C. Atoki is the new Director –General of the Consumer Protection Council.

Engr. Danjuma Dabo is the Managing Director of the Nigerian Film Corporation.

Mr. Emeka Nkem Mba is the new Director- General of Nigerian Broadcasting Commission while Prof. Eli Jidere is the Director-General, Energy Commission of Nigeria.
