Kano State governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, on Tuesday formally declared his 2015 presidential bid.
The development brings to three the All Progressives Congress
presidential hopefuls seeking the party’s nomination for next February
presidential election in the country.
The duo of former head of state, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) and
ex-vice president Atiku Abubakar, had earlier announced their bid to
wrest power from President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic
Party next year.
APC will hold its primaries in December 2.
