The factional chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), Governor
Chibuike Amaechi of Rivers State has summoned an emergency meeting of
the governors to discuss the yet to be resolved crisis with the Federal
Allocation Accounts Committee (FAAC) in the sharing of the federally
collected revenue.
The meeting is billed for Wednesday this week.
This is coming as the factional Director General of the Governor Jonah
Jang faction, Osaro Onaiwo gave an update on how the faction has tried
to resolve the crisis over the sharing of federally collected revenue.
